Quick update :)

Hi.

Again, I'm so sorry for the few updates. We'll definitely try to be more active.
I'm at springbreak and I've been away every day of it ;)

Keane have started their Latin America tour :) And I recomend you to read this entry on their website, I laughed like a madman xD

And yeah, Keane have announced two festival appearances, T In The Park in Scotland and Oxygen in Ireland. :D

So, now I'm going to watch Dexter (an amazing tv-series).

Christa, tell them about the gig you're going to!!!

Sunshine :)

Alright! Christa's done it ;)

I'm convinced enough to let people read it :) But not before Christa's helped me with the spelling and grammar ;)

Anyway, if you're interested in reading it, please email us at:
crazykeanefans@gmail.com
to let us know, and I'll send you the prologue as soon as me and Christa have corrected it :)

And when you've read it, I DEMAND some sort of review or coment about it so that I can keep develop my english skills.

This is a front page I've made for it:

It's not that great but still :P

Have I mentioned btw that the story is named Sunshine :P And it's from the very amazing Keane-song named; SUNSHINE! (it's on Hopes and Fears if you wanted to know)

Right, just email us if you want to read it, okay :)
Here's the email address again: crazykeanefans@gmail.com

hiya all :P

Hello everybody (everybody being the 101 profile views our blog has... HOORAY!)
I've really missed being able to post on the blog, but unfortunately I've come down with a sore throat and a bad case of homework overload! :)
Today I had quite a lot of fun following Keanemusic's new Twitter, that they now plan to use during concerts to post. To subscribe here is the link: http://twitter.com/keaneofficial
I think the whole thing is rather ace, and hope they keep it up! :D
speaking of gigs, I would like to send a shout out to Asta, Annie, and all of Angelica and my other forum friends who had the great opportunity to go to Keane's massive O2 gig yesterday! Hope you guys had a great time and I am going to try to get at least Asta to post her photos on here for everyone to see! If anyone else who is on here went, make sure to post your story, photos, or youtube clips in the comment section!
Another thing, I read an article/review on Keane and thought that this would be a great place to set up a discussion on it. In this article:
http://www.keanebackline.info/site/features/opinion/apathy_killed_the_video_star/
A fan expresses her thought that Keane's "mediocre" videos prevent them from getting new fans. I have wondered about this before and actually took the opposite side of her argument. I think that, of course, Keane is all about the music and true fans (and up-and-coming fans) will not be deterred by what they think are "bad" videos. What do you guys think?
Here's another article with Tim (we need to make Angelica happy right?):
http://www.clickmusic.com/articles/10218/Interview-Keane.html
I did find it interesting because Tim reveals what the song 'Atlantic' is about (which is something I always thought about).
Last thing before I go- because I live in San Diego I was able to listen to the LA radio station 100.3 The Sound where, from 6-7 last Sunday, Tom was able to dj for an hour. It was really great, and the songs and his explanations were very cool to listen to. Here's the set list if you missed it:
Radiohead- House of Cards
Jimmy Cliff- The Harder They Come
Talking Heads- Once in a Lifetime

Jeff Buckley-Last Goodbye
U2- Beautiful Day
Carole King- So Far Away
Depeche Mode- Personal Jesus
Beatles- Help!
ABBA- The Winner Takes It All
Bruce Springsteen- The River
Blur- This Is A Low
Nick Drake- One Of These Things First
As you can see, it is a very eclectic range of music... but also really great! Feel free to comment on Tom's choices here as well!
Check it out here, along with an exclusive interview with Tommy:

Well, gotta go now and I'll make sure to write again soon!

I love Tim <3

Both me and Christa should be utterly ashamed of ourselves for not updating!!!

I don't have a really good excuse this time, except for like the last three days or something.

I'm writing a Tim-fanfiction!

I think this is very very embarrassing and I'm still not sure anybody except Christa will get to read it, but if someone really wants to, then maybe I'll let you ;)

I started this, just to prove to Christa how madly I'm in love with Tim (She's gotten some crazy idea that I have a thing for Tom ;P). I meant for it to be a short-story, like three pages or so... now it's 26, and I'm not nearly finished yet ;)

I have Tim stuck in my head every day! Today, at my math class, I actually had a picture of Tim that I stared at instead of working. I didn't get much done that lesion really ;)

It was this pic. that I stared at. He's dazzling in it I tinnk! I simply can't take my eyes off it ;)

I'll definitely work on my updates, and I'll make Christa post here too ;) I have a pretty good way to make her do it...

Keane goes live-blog!

Hi guys :)

Sorry as always for the absence of posts. I've been busy working...

So, today Keane's putting up a live-blog on their website! You HAVE to check it out :)

Also, thought you should know that Keane played Early Winter (a song Tim wrote for Gwen Stefani) in both Newcastle and Glasgow. I haven't checked if they did so in Manchester as well, but I think you should see this clip from Newcastle. It's freak in' beautiful :)
